I can not log into the site Empty I can not log into the site

I am a new user and I download the client and the patch but when I create an account to game entered the page and I go to "register " but when I click it, instead of appearing recorder XtremeTop100 page appears.

I want an urgent solution because I want a lot of play in this server, or if someone can give me an answer or help in some way, would be very grateful
